This policy applies to 828 Pros websites, intake forms, client workflow systems, and OAuth-connected tools, including 828 Pros Google Auth and Hermes executive-assistant connections.
Information we collect
Depending on the project, 828 Pros may collect business contact details, form submissions, call or lead metadata, project notes, workflow configuration details, and information a client authorizes us to access through connected services.
Google OAuth and Workspace access
Some clients ask 828 Pros to connect a Hermes AI agent to their Google Workspace account. Hermes is an assistant runtime that can help with client-directed work in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Contacts. The client chooses whether to approve the connection. Google shows the account, app name, and permission list before access is granted.
For a full Hermes Workspace assistant setup, 828 Pros requests the same Google scopes Hermes uses locally:
https://mail.google.com/: Gmail access for reading mailbox context, drafting replies, organizing follow-up, and carrying out client-approved send, label, archive, or cleanup tasks.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar: Calendar access for availability checks, scheduling, event updates, and calendar summaries requested by the client.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive: Drive access for finding, reading, organizing, creating, sharing, and updating files used in the approved workflow.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts: Contacts access for lookup, contact updates, and relationship context used in client-approved communication and routing.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets: Sheets access for approved spreadsheet reading, writing, reporting, and workflow tracking.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents: Docs access for approved document reading, drafting, editing, and review support.
Some client slots may use a narrower permission set. Full Workspace slots are meant for clients who want their approved AI agent to manage work across inbox, calendar, files, documents, spreadsheets, and contacts. 828 Pros does not ask clients to share Google passwords.
How we use Google user data
- To provide the client-approved assistant or workflow feature the client requested.
- To read, summarize, route, draft, schedule, organize, or update Google Workspace information for the client.
- To troubleshoot the connection, verify that the integration is working, and keep the system secure.
- To support the client when the client asks us to inspect a specific workflow, message, file, calendar item, contact, spreadsheet, document, or error.
Google API Services User Data Policy
828 Pros' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 828 Pros does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
AI and model-training limits
828 Pros may use automation and AI systems to complete user-directed assistant tasks. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the client-facing feature requested by that client. Google user data is not used to train foundation, generalized, or frontier AI models.
Human access
Humans at 828 Pros do not read Google user data unless the client asks for help with a specific workflow or message, access is needed for security or abuse investigation, access is required by law, or the data is aggregated for internal operations in a way that does not identify the user.
Storage and security
828 Pros keeps client data only in approved systems and workspaces needed to provide the requested service. Access is limited to people and systems that need it for the client-approved workflow. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, scoped client slots, restricted token storage, and least-privilege permissions where available.
No sale of data
828 Pros does not sell client data, Google user data, Gmail data, lead data, or contact information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, ad targeting, or resale.
Sharing
828 Pros may process data through service providers that host, automate, authenticate, or support approved workflows. We share only what is needed to operate the requested system, with the client’s consent. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect clients, 828 Pros, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Revocation and deletion
Clients can revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page, Workspace Admin controls, or by contacting 828 Pros. Clients may also request deletion of data held by 828 Pros for a completed or cancelled workflow. We will delete or anonymize retained client data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
