Full Workspace access is for clients who want a Hermes AI agent to manage approved day-to-day work across Google Workspace. The agent can work with inbox context, calendars, files, documents, spreadsheets, and contacts after the client approves the OAuth screen.

Gmail

Inbox review, drafting, and approved actions

Hermes can read mailbox context, find messages, draft replies, organize follow-up, and perform client-approved send, label, archive, or cleanup tasks. 828 Pros does not use Gmail data for ads, resale, or model training.

Calendar

Scheduling and calendar management

Hermes can check availability, summarize upcoming commitments, draft schedule changes, and update events the client asks it to manage.

Drive, Docs, and Sheets

File and workspace help

Hermes can find files, read project context, prepare document edits, maintain trackers, share approved files, and update approved spreadsheets or documents.

Contacts

Relationship context

Hermes can look up contacts and use contact context for client-directed communication, routing, summaries, and follow-up.
