Practical terms for client-approved systems.

828 Pros builds workflow, follow-up, and AI-agent systems around the tools a client already uses. These terms keep the operating relationship clear: approved access, reviewed outputs, official OAuth screens, and revocable permissions.

Operating rule

Client-approved work only

828 Pros configures forms, call routing, calendars, spreadsheets, inbox connections, dashboards, notifications, automations, Hermes AI-agent runtimes, and related workflow systems only when the client approves that work.

Google Workspace

Full access means approved work can cross tools

When a client approves a full Hermes Workspace slot, the Google OAuth screen may request full Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Docs, and Sheets access. That access lets the approved AI agent help manage the client's work across inbox, schedule, files, documents, spreadsheets, and contacts. Smaller workflows may use narrower permissions.

The full Hermes Workspace slot may use these Google OAuth scopes: https://mail.google.com/, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.

Client responsibilities

Review access and outputs

Clients are responsible for approving access only for accounts they control or are authorized to manage, reviewing important outputs before relying on them, and telling 828 Pros when access should be changed, paused, or removed.

Google OAuth

Use provider screens, not shared passwords

OAuth and other tool connections should be approved only through the provider's official authorization screen. 828 Pros does not ask clients to send Google passwords through forms, email, chat, or text. Clients can revoke approved access through the provider account, Workspace admin controls, or by contacting 828 Pros.

Assistant behavior

Automation is not a substitute for judgment

Hermes and other assistant systems can draft, summarize, organize, schedule, update files, and perform requested tasks. Clients should review business-critical work, outbound messages, legal or financial decisions, and destructive actions before relying on them.

Availability

Third-party tools can change

Some systems depend on third-party providers. 828 Pros works to make practical, reliable workflows, but provider outages, permission changes, API changes, account policy changes, or verification requirements may affect availability.

Limits

No resale or unauthorized use

Client systems, connection links, and private deliverables are for the approved client workflow. They should not be resold, shared publicly, or used to access accounts without authorization.
